APAMI 2022 12th Biennial Conference of The Asia Pacific Association for Medical Informatics

APAMI2022 is organized by the Taiwan Association for Medical Informatics (TAMI) in Taiwan, which was founded in 1991. TAMI is a cross-disciplinary group of medical and information professionals. It is composed of researchers, and directors/colleagues from medical centres and hospitals in Taiwan, with the aim of researching medical information and enhancing international medical information exchange. Over the past 31 years, the Society has devoted itself to improving the standard of medical information. In recent years, the Society has been actively promoting academic activities related to medical information, such as the hosting of international medical information conferences, the undertaking of academic research projects by various government agencies, and the organization of hospital visits to promote exchanges among members.

The Asia Pacific Association for Medical Informatics is the official Asia-Pacific regional group within The International Medical Informatics Association (IMIA) and represents an extension of IMIA’s global interests in promoting Information and Communications Technologies (ICT) in health. IMIA is an independent organization established under Swiss law in 1989. IMIA was originally established in 1967 as Technical Committee 4 of the International Federation for Information Processing (IFIP – www.ifip.org). In 1979, it evolved from a Special Interest Group of IFIP to its current status as a fully independent organization. IMIA continues to maintain its relationship with IFIP as an affiliate organization. IMIA also has close ties with the World Health Organization (WHO – www.who.int) as a NGO (Non Government Organization), and with the International Federation of Health Information Management (IFHIMA). IMIA is also a Liaison A category organisation in cooperation with ISO (ISO liaison).

APAMI 2022 12th Biennial Conference of the Asia Pacific Association for Medical Informatics with theme “Medical Intelligence with Interoperability and Standard” held on 14-16 October 2022 at the International Conference Hall, National Taipei University of Nursing and Health Sciences, Taipei City, Taiwan. Simkes UGM has participated in this event to gain the opportunity to share the research and update related medical informatics in Indonesia and strengthen relationships with professional colleagues from various nations including the Asia-Pacific region.

AeHIN General Meeting and Conference 2022 “Accelerating Digital Health towards Universal Health Coverage (UHC)”

The AeHIN General Meeting (GM) is an annual gathering of government, development partners, non-government organizations to discuss the latest trends with digital health governance, architecture, program management, standards, and interoperability.

This Year’s AeHIN General Meeting Coincides With The Network’s 10th Anniversary.

The AeHIN General Meeting & Conference 2022 Is Co-Hosted With The Department Of Health Philippines And Is Supported By The Patrick J. McGovern Foundation. The Event Is Being Held Within The Digital Health Week Of The Transform Health Coalition.
